The ingredients of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and of course, matcha provide a myriad of health benefits. Try this Vegan Spiced Matcha Latte and allow it to revitalise the senses!



90ml (3 oz) water, boiled

1 teaspoon Fubuki Culinary Organic Matcha

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon turmeric

⅛ teaspoon ginger

237ml (8oz) non-dairy milk

Optional: sweetener to taste



  1. Place the boiled water into a heatproof glass bowl and add sifted matcha green tea powder, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric, whisking until combined. 
  2. Warm the non-dairy milk in a small saucepan. Add the spicy matcha mixture to it and whisk again. 
  3. Stir in a sweetener—for example, maple syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
