Vegan Matcha Milkshake

Can you think of anything better than indulging in a thick, sweet and creamy milkshake on a hot summer day! We know you already love green tea, so turn it into a vegan, guilt-free healthy matcha treat by adding ice to this cold matcha milkshake. Top it off with a homemade chocolate brownie if you dare— and it becomes nothing less than a glorious monstershake… only lesser in fat, sugar, and calories too!



2 ripe bananas, frozen, chopped

2 tablespoons cashew butter or almond butter

2 tablespoons maple syrup or any sweetener

1 teaspoon Fubuki Culinary Organic Matcha

2 cups (480ml) soya milk or any milk of choice

Dark chocolate, melted

Coconut whipping cream

1 homemade matcha chocolate brownie



  1. Place the frozen banana slices into a blender and add the cashew butter, maple syrup, matcha powder, milk, and blend until smooth.
  2. Take two mason jars and drizzle dark melted chocolate on the inner sides and freeze for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill the mason jars with the mixture.
  4. Top with coconut whipped cream and serve with a homemade chocolate brownie.
