We know you already love green tea, so turn it into a vegan, guilt-free healthy matcha treat by adding ice to this cold matcha milkshake. Top it off with a homemade chocolate brownie if you dare— and it becomes nothing less than a glorious monstershake… only lesser in fat, sugar, and calories too!
2 ripe bananas, frozen, chopped
2 tablespoons cashew butter or almond butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup or any sweetener
1 teaspoon Fubuki Culinary Organic Matcha
2 cups (480ml) soya milk or any milk of choice
Dark chocolate, melted
Coconut whipping cream
1 homemade matcha chocolate brownie
- Place the frozen banana slices into a blender and add the cashew butter, maple syrup, matcha powder, milk, and blend until smooth.
- Take two mason jars and drizzle dark melted chocolate on the inner sides and freeze for 5 minutes.
- Fill the mason jars with the mixture.
- Top with coconut whipped cream and serve with a homemade chocolate brownie.
