Our super creamy, yummy Vanilla Mint Matcha Protein Shake is great for breakfast or after a post-workout, providing an instant boost of energy. It's energising and refreshing and loaded with the goodness of matcha organic green tea powder and premium-grade protein powder, making it a healthy and tasty alternative to other shakes. By adding non-dairy milk such as unsweetened cashew milk optimises the natural fat-burning properties of the matcha.
¼ cup (65g) plant-based yoghurt
½ cup (54g) frozen cauliflower rice
½ cup (75g) ice
½ cup (120ml) non-dairy milk of choice, unsweetened
1 teaspoon Fubuki Culinary Organic Matcha
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
4–6 mint leaves
Optional: 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Place the ingredients in a blender at high speed until smoothly combined.
- Pour the shake into a glass and garnish with the cacao nibs if required.
Note: You may use coconut milk for extra creaminess. Tip: double or triple the recipe and store the remaining matcha latte in mason jars in the refrigerator.
