Matcha Chia Pudding

Description

This super tasty matcha chia pudding is great for breakfast, as a snack, or as a yummy dessert—all made with healthy ingredients! High in fibre, this recipe provides a sustained release of energy throughout the day. The best part of this recipe is that it takes just 5 minutes to prepare and uses only 4 ingredients.

 

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Fubuki Culinary Organic Matcha

1½ cups (360ml) non-dairy milk, coconut water or filtered water

½ tablespoon maple syrup

¼ cup (50g) chia seeds

Optional: fruit, granola, nuts for topping

 

Method

  1. Place the matcha powder into a large bowl. Add the non-dairy milk and mix until smooth consistency forms.
  2. Add the maple syrup and chia seeds. Combine the ingredients until there are no chia seed clumps present. Set in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, but ideally overnight.
  3. Top with fresh fruits, granola or nuts if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Note: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
