Description
This super tasty matcha chia pudding is great for breakfast, as a snack, or as a yummy dessert—all made with healthy ingredients! High in fibre, this recipe provides a sustained release of energy throughout the day. The best part of this recipe is that it takes just 5 minutes to prepare and uses only 4 ingredients.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons Fubuki Culinary Organic Matcha
1½ cups (360ml) non-dairy milk, coconut water or filtered water
½ tablespoon maple syrup
¼ cup (50g) chia seeds
Optional: fruit, granola, nuts for topping
Method
- Place the matcha powder into a large bowl. Add the non-dairy milk and mix until smooth consistency forms.
- Add the maple syrup and chia seeds. Combine the ingredients until there are no chia seed clumps present. Set in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, but ideally overnight.
- Top with fresh fruits, granola or nuts if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Note: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
